At Formula Fragrances, we believe a good bottle deserves more than a single use.
Our refill service allows you to return your empty Formula bottle to our Brighton laboratory, where it can be prepared and filled with the fragrance of your choice.
There's no need to choose the same fragrance again. You are welcome to explore something entirely different.

THE PROCEDURE /

PREPARE YOUR BOTTLE
Once your fragrance is finished, retain your empty Formula bottle and the refill card included with your original order.

COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS
Fill in your refill card with your name, address, email address, telephone number, fragrance choice and bottle size. If your card has been misplaced, simply write the same information on a piece of paper.

RETURN TO THE LABORATORY
Securely package your empty bottle and completed card or handwritten note, then send them to our Brighton address below. Please follow the postal carrier's packaging and prohibited-goods requirements.

PAYMENT & DISPATCH
Once your bottle and details have arrived, our team will contact you by email or text message with a secure payment link. After payment has been received, your refill will be prepared and dispatched back to you as soon as possible.

A Few Things to Know
Can I change my fragrance?
Absolutely. Your refill does not need to match the fragrance previously contained in your bottle.
Do I need to order online?
No. There is no online checkout for refills. We'll send you a payment link after your bottle has arrived.
What if I've lost my card?
A handwritten note containing the required details is perfectly fine.
Can I refill more than one bottle at a time?
Absolutely. You are welcome to send multiple bottles together in a single parcel. Simply include the fragrance and refill size required for each bottle on your refill card or a separate piece of paper. Each bottle can be refilled with a different fragrance if you wish.
When will my refill be dispatched?
Once payment has been received, we'll prepare your fragrance and arrange return delivery as soon as possible.
